Feeling more energized, present and having more time (and fun) with my children are some of the desires many moms have shared with me. They are also on the top of my own list of desires when it comes to my life as a parent.
A good way to start having more energy, feeling more present and having more fun every day is by getting in the habit of prioritizing ME time and doing more of what makes you feel happy, loved, focused and fulfilled, EVERY DAY.

Creating daily habits that prioritize well-being can be quite challenging for us moms, but it doesn’t have to be hard. It’s not about doing more, but about being more of what you want.
Something simple as putting your focus on your hips when you walk, breathing consciously to access inner peace and gain focus as you are walking to the supermarket, meditating inside a hula hoop - jeps!!! that is possible - or just play a happy song and dance while you make dinner can transform the way that you navigate through this crazy and beautiful journey of life as a woman and as a parent.
